If you use our services for a qualifying house, we will rebate 25% of the net commission to you. Sound too good to be true? It’s not, here is an example: You purchase a house for $500,000.00 and the commission offered out by the seller is 2.5% or $12,500.00. After the transaction successfully closes you will receive $3,125.00 from us. Additionally, if you have already identified the house you want and just need us to prepare the paperwork, we will add an additional $500.00 to the refund you receive.
We are happy to share the commission rebate while still offering full contract to close services. What does this mean? It means we will prepare and negotiate the contract, be available to answer your questions, attend the home inspection, do the final walk through with you and be there for you at settlement. At this time we are only able to offer the Cooperative Commission Program to offers of $350,000.00 or higher. This limitation exists so we can maintain our high level of customer service and accessibility.
